2. the ability to easily navigate the site and find information of interest to you
3. the ability to easily read text items and dowload materials
4. the ability to contact the company via email to ask questions or give feedback
5. then suggest the area for improvement
ask questions or give feedback to each of the organizations that you choose (to see their reply, fast or not)
